Orders and payment
How do I order?
Pick your piece, choose your size, add it to your bag and check out on cheorika.com. Every order is tracked and you get email updates.
How can I pay?
Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer and USSD, through Paystack. Payments are secure.
Can I pay on delivery?
Not at the moment. Payment is made at checkout.
Can I order on WhatsApp or Instagram?
You can browse on Instagram (@che_orika) and chat with us on WhatsApp, but orders go through cheorika.com so your order is tracked and your payment is secure.
Can I cancel?
Within 24 hours of placing your order. Email hello@cheorika.com with your order number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Abuja: 1 to 2 working days. Other states, including Lagos and Port Harcourt: 3 to 7 working days. Order by 12 noon for next-day Abuja delivery.
How much is delivery?
Abuja is ₦2,000, and free from ₦150,000. Other states depend on your address and show at checkout. Pickup at our Gwarimpa boutique is free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. Express delivery takes 5 to 8 working days after dispatch. Import duties are paid on arrival.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
S, M, L, XL and XXL. Same price across every size.
How do I find my size?
Use Find my size on any product, or the Size & Fit page. Three measurements and we tell you your size, then show it on every piece.
Can I try things on?
Yes. Visit the boutique in Gwarimpa, or book a free fitting and we'll have pieces in your size ready.
Exchanges and store credit
Can I return something that doesn't fit?
You can swap the size or take store credit within 7 days of delivery in Nigeria, 14 days for international orders, or 2 days if you collected it from the boutique. Start it from your order and bring or send the piece to the boutique, unworn with the tags on.
Do you give refunds?
Not for change of mind. You can swap the size or take store credit. If we can't fulfil an order you've paid for, we refund you in full automatically.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we'll swap it or give you store credit.
Inner Circle
What are Inner Circle points?
Rewards for shopping and for the things you do with us: reviews, photos, tagging us and referring friends. As an Inner Circle member, your points turn into money off your order.
How do I earn them?
- Shop: every order you receive earns points. The more you spend, the more you earn.
- Write a review: 500 points.
- Add a photo to your review: 500 more.
- Post your look and tag us on Instagram or TikTok: 1,000 points.
- Make a collab post with us: 2,000 points.
- Refer a friend: 5,000 points when she makes her first order with your link.
Your points show in your account under Inner Circle points.
