How do levels work?
Your level comes from what you spend. Once you reach a level, it's yours for 12 months. Spend enough in that year to keep it, or more to move up. Spend less and you move to the level that matches.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, tick "Use my Inner Circle points". They come off in blocks of 1,000, up to 20% of the value of the pieces in your order. Points can't be used on delivery or gift cards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, 12 months after you earn them, and birthday points after 30 days. We remind you before they go. Your level isn't affected.
When do my points arrive?
Order points land once your order is delivered or collected. Review points when your review is live, and tag and collab points once we've checked the post.
How do free deliveries work?
The Privé gets 1 and The Icon 2 free standard deliveries a year in Nigeria. Tick "Use a free delivery" at checkout. Unused ones don't roll over.
Is it the same as store credit?
No. Store credit is what you get back from an exchange. Points are rewards. You can use both on one order.
